Order Processing

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Large bulk orders, pallet shipments, or special-order materials may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

We ship using trusted freight and parcel carriers including:

  • LTL Freight Carriers (for pallet or oversized orders)

Shipping methods are selected based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Freight & Oversized Orders

Large vinyl rolls, laminate rolls, and pallet quantities may require freight shipping.

  • Freight deliveries may require a commercial address or unloading assistance.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and products.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this timeframe may not qualify for replacement or carrier claims.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.
