Print Society Co. supplies printable vinyl materials, laminates, transfer media, and related products primarily for commercial printing businesses, sign shops, and resellers.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and inventory information. However:
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Colors, finishes, and material appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing batches and monitor settings.
- We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
Certain products may be closeout, overstock, liquidation, or special-order inventory and may not be eligible for return.
3. Pricing
All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Print Society Co. reserves the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Update pricing without notice
- Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or inventory issues
Wholesale or bulk pricing may require approval or minimum purchase quantities.
4. Payments
Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may accept payment through:

- Approved invoicing terms for qualified customers
Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or canceled orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

- Freight scheduling

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to the carrier.

6. Returns & Claims
Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of printable media products:
- Opened or used materials may not be eligible for return
- Custom-cut, clearance, liquidation, or special-order items are generally final sale
- Return approval is required before sending products back
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7. Product Use & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their:
- Printers
- Ink systems
- Laminators
- Application surfaces
- Production workflows
Print Society Co. is not liable for production loss, print errors, labor costs, or equipment damage resulting from product misuse or incompatibility.
We recommend testing materials before large production runs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Society Co. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Production downtime
- Installation or labor costs
- Third-party damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product involved in the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and media are the property of Print Society Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Account & Website Use
